I’m Robin, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over 30 years of experience empowering individuals to control their health. My holistic approach integrates mind, body, and spirit—encompassing nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindfulness.

Having navigated my own health challenges with autoimmune conditions, I understand the importance of addressing root causes and adopting sustainable lifestyle changes. My passion is helping women, especially those facing perimenopause, postmenopausal changes, and autoimmune challenges like Hashimoto’s, feel their best and regain their vitality.
